Pregnant women should avoid Pertuzumab as it may lead to birth defects in the baby. Sometimes, it even leads to the death of an unborn baby. For at least seven months after taking this, women should not attempt pregnancy. Even heart problems can be caused; in case you are noticing some defects like a problem in lower legs, cough or inability to breathe, you should call the doctor.
